1. Can my client apply for Training visa while he is in Australia?
Yes, Training visa applications can be made onshore or offshore.
2. Is my client eligible for Training Visa if his sponsor provides only part-time employment?
No. This visa requires that workplace-based training (except professional development) must be for at least 30 hours a week, of which no more than 30 percent can be classroom-based.
3. Can my client apply for Training visa at any age?
No, he must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to apply for Training visa.
However, there is no upper age limit to apply for this visa.
4. Can my client apply for Temporary Activities visa while he is in Australia?
